General Terms
By scheduling and/or paying for a service with Amber Amrhein, you agree to the following:
1. Amber Amrhein is not a licensed health care professional. She cannot diagnose illness or disease nor prescribe medications. Any suggestions provided should not be taken as a diagnosis or recommendation against the advice of a licensed health care professional.
2. While Amber Amrhein does her best to provide beneficial healings, spiritual guidance, and psychic/medium information, the accuracy and the outcome of the sessions cannot be guaranteed. The services provided are to bring clarity, understanding, guidance, and relaxation to you. It is up to you, the client, to be accountable for your actions and decisions following your session to best fit your needs. Amber Amrhein is not responsible for any actions, loss, or damages made as a result of her services, advice, or suggestions.
3. Details regarding your booking will be sent via email. Please ensure your information is correct, and do reach out if your email needs to be updated.
4. You must be on time for your session. Running late may impede on the time allotted for your booking, as your session may need to finish exactly when scheduled. Please allow yourself enough time for traffic or computer/phone preparations.
5. Your privacy is of utmost importance. All services and information discussed is confidential.
8. As required to be stated by law, Amber Amrhein's Psychic Medium services are for those 18 years or older, and are for entertainment and general guidance purposes only.
7. Amber Amrhein reserves the right to deny services and withhold funds to anyone.
Payment Options
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
For online services, payment via PayPal, Venmo, or Cash App is accepted.
For in person services, payment via PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, or cash is accepted.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 12 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the booking will be charged a cancellation fee of $50. No-shows will not receive a refund. Please be on time for your booking, and allow enough time for traffic or computer/phone setup. No refund is available for reduced session lengths due to tardiness.
Gift Certificates
To Redeem:
1. Visit the "BOOK ONLINE" tab.
2. Choose your service.
3. Schedule your session.
4. Enter the COUPON CODE provided on your gift certificate into the designated coupon code field (above the "Pay Now" button). All set!
Please Note: If using the certificate for the 3 Distance Reiki Healings package, please schedule 3 individual sessions as you go rather than the package itself. I will adjust the price to reflect the package discount.
To Purchase:
1. Fill out the gift certificate information here.
2. Shortly after submission, a PayPal invoice will be sent to the email provided for payment.
3. Once payment has been received, your personalized digital gift certificate will be ready within 24 hours.
4. Depending on the preference provided, the gift certificate will be emailed directly to the recipient or you will receive the gift certificate attached in an email to forward or print out.
The gift certificate will include the information provided in the submission, a unique coupon code for redemption, and instructions on how to redeem the gift certificate.
Terms:
When purchasing and redeeming a gift certificate for the services provided by Amber Amrhein, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined above, as well as the following:
1. If the entire payment is not submitted, a gift certificate will not be issued.
2. Gift certificates are non refundable.
3. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.
4. Amber Amrhein is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.
